AI's INTERESTING BUT CAN IT DO MORE THAN JUST WRITE NICE EMAILS?

Here's a great story of how AI drove significant process improvement in a HealthTech business that I heard at the #NextGen Venture conference in Greenville, SC this week.



The company processes 100,000 phone calls each month and randomly pulls a small sampling of recorded calls to identify training opportunities for clinicians to improve service quality. There was no way to review all of the 100,000 calls each month to identify the best calls for training.



ENTER AI - The company deployed an AI solution that actually listens to all 100,000 calls and identifies the calls best suited for training. So now instead of pulling random calls, in the hopes of finding some that required training, AI allows the company to review ALL of the calls and identify ONLY calls that offer training opportunities to clinicians. 



RESULTS: Better Trained Clinicians = Better Service Quality = Happier Clients = Higher Retention Rates = Greater EBIT!
